Baobab School is a Private School that was started by seven local women with the main objective to provide high quality, yet affordable education for the middle income children in Botswana. Its management comprises board and school council which are the policy making bodies.
Centrally and conveniently located in a prestige Suburban area of Phase Two in Gaborone, Baobab admitted its first students in May 1991. Its location is accessible and makes it easy for parents to drop and pick up their children from all directions of Gaborone.

The Botswana syllabus guides the diverse international curriculum followed, which includes subjects such as Music, Physical Education, French, Computers, and Special Needs programme designed to assist exceptional learners.
Parents and teachers work hand in hand to assist pupils especially in sporting activities such as swimming and all ball sports including tennis as well as cricket.
